Check-in

Check-in will take place on Wednesday at 10AM-2PM on the first floor of Akwawit Swimming Pool (room next to the Snack Bar). The address of the competition centre (Akwawit Swimming Pool and Hotel) is Świętego Józefa 5.

We would like to remind you that we will check following documents: 
-Passport or Identify Card;
-Pilot License;
-Pilot Flying Log Book;
-Balloon Registration Certificate;
-Certificate of Airworthiness;
-Certificate of Insurance (1.500.000 SDR),
-FAI sporting license.

During the check-in we will also collect the deposit of 100euro for maps, banners, markers etc 

According to the fact the guarded parking in front of the Akwawit Hotel changed the owner who wants unacceptable payment for renting parking we can’t provide you that area.
In attached I send you the map of free parking space (green one= it is not guarded) where you can leave your car and trailer. Of course you can buy on your own the parking places on guarded parking(red space).

Until the Monday I need the information who will need the polish SIM cards. I need time to buy it and register it.

On Wednesday we plan to organise the Night Glow for residents of Leszno. It will take place on Stadium, the entrance is from 17 Stycznia Str. We already ask you for help. If someone is interested in taking part in night glow I have already ask to be careful with the grass. On Sunday our Speedway team takes part in the Semi-Finals and the organisers would have to pay penalty if the grass would be damaged.
